About the role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, the Accounts Payable Officers provide timely and accurate administrative and transactional processing for Accounts Payable activities including liaising with creditors and contributing to month-end and year-end processes.
About you
The ideal candidates will have both strong accounts payable experience and end of month reconciliation experience.
Previous experience should include processing a high volume of purchase orders and invoices within a financial management information system, processing of daily bank reconciliations, contribution to month-end and year-end processes (e.g. reviewing and clearing annual standing orders and creating new standing orders for future periods) and assist in administering the petty cash system.
