King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH) is a tertiary maternity and gynaecological hospital. It provided care for its first patients in 1916 and delivers more than 6000 babies every year. KEMH is WA's only major referral centre for high-risk pregnancies and has a state-of-the-art Special Care Nursery, designed to care for premature and sick infants. KEMH also cares for more than 5000 women with gynaecological conditions each year - from urological and cancer related problems to sexually transmitted diseases and reproductive disorders.
Osborne Park Hospital (OPH) Women and Newborn Services is located in Stirling, 14 kilometres from the Perth CBD and provides staff with free parking. Delivering approximately 1500 babies per year, OPH provides a comprehensive range of Maternity and Gynaecological services for women in their catchment area.
About this role
We are offering multiple permanent, fixed term and casual contracts for midwives with a variety of shifts and hours on offer. Examples of some available shifts are as below:
- 4 hour shifts 4pm – 8pm or 9am – 1pm
- 12 hour shifts 7am- 7.30pm or 7pm- 7.30am
- Day shift 9.30am – 6pm
- Day shift 8am- 4.30pm
- Night shift 8pm- 2am
- Regular day, afternoon, and evening shifts

We are looking for suitably qualified and motivated midwives. You will play an integral role in contributing to the care of pregnant women and their families in WA.

We are open to organising visas for suitably qualified international midwives and offer relocation packages for overseas or interstate applicants.
