Health Networks are seeking Development Officers and Senior Policy Officers to join their team.

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency
We currently have four positions available with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

- 00001685 Development Officer (Level 5) Fixed Term Full Time until 02/02/2024
- 00001764 Senior Policy Officer (Level 6) Fixed Term Full Time until 17/12/2023
- 00017101 Senior Policy Officer (Level 6) Fixed Term Full Time until 15/09/2023
This recruitment process will establish a pool of suitable candidates to be part of the dedicated, multidisciplinary and highly skilled team of the Health Network Branch.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2024.

Selection Criteria
- Relevant knowledge of project management principles and a demonstrated ability to achieve outputs within demanding time schedules and with limited supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated report writing.
- Experience in policy development and / or review including sound knowledge of current clinical issues affecting health service delivery.
- Knowledge of contemporary issues in the health sector
The remaining criteria for each position will be tested at through the other stages of assessment.
