The Department of the Premier and Cabinet supports the Premier as head of the Western Australian Government. The Department is a central agency that leads the public sector in providing advice and support to the Premier and Cabinet in their service of the Western Australian Community. Executive Government Services is part of the State Services division and:
- provides strategic support and advice on the management and operation of State Parliament;
- supports the Executive Council and Executive Government; and
- delivers executive support to the Premier, Ministers, their offices and agencies in relation to the management of Cabinet business and its sub-committees.
About the Role
This position is responsible for performing administrative duties relating to the Cabinet process and providing administrative support to the Director of Executive Government Services and Ministerial offices, where required.
