About the role
The Legal Assistance Branch (Advisory Services Division) is responsible for the management of all Commonwealth and State funding for the delivery of legal assistance services by legal aid commissions, community legal centers and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services in Western Australia.
The Project Officer is responsible for supporting the analysis, development, review and implementation of a range of projects to support the work of the Legal Assistance Branch. Monitoring the performance of service providers and ensuring specified contractual outcomes are met and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
The position also contributes to the achievements of the Advisory Services division through the delivery of effective business services and relationship management with a diverse range of internal and external clients and stakeholders including senior representatives of public sector organisations and the legal assistance sector.

About you
We are looking for a dynamic individual with demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and managing multiple projects of a complex nature within designated timeframes. Also experience in working with the contract management process and ability to network with service providers to ensure specified contact outcomes are met.
