We’re looking for
A Social Media specialist to join our Communications team.
In the role of Social Media Consultant, you will support the Media and Communications function through the development and implementation of social media strategies and community engagement projects. You will be responsible for the management of the Department’s social media presence through the design and delivery of digital content, as well as planning, scheduling, and analysis of social media engagement across all DoT platforms.
The successful candidate will have experience creating, implementing, monitoring and measuring social media strategies and plans, working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be experienced in building and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across our metropolitan and regional operations.
As our ideal candidate, you will have a positive can-do attitude, be able to work effectively within a team and have a clear commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
This is a permanent full time opportunity.

Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a current National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
