The Opportunity:
We are establishing a pool of motivated and enthusiastic Ticketing Officers to join the team at Fremantle Prison.
The Ticketing Officer is part of a team that builds strong and meaningful relationships with visitors and stakeholders through engagement, open and transparent communication, bringing them on our journey in respecting our past, learning from our stories and balancing the historic and cultural heritage in the natural environment.
This role is responsible for providing high quality customer service as a primary point of contact for tour bookings, gift shop merchandise and general visitor information.
This recruitment pool will be valid for a period of twelve (12) months and used to fill permanent or fixed term, part time vacancies as they arise.

To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:
- Experience within a customer service-focused environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
- Ability to handle cash transactions using a variety of technologies, such as touch screen displays, cash registers, EFTPOS terminals and ticket printers in accordance with business and human resource management requirements.
