Vaccination Requirements
Applicants are advised of the recently announced mandatory vaccination policy for a majority of occupations and workforces in Western Australia. From 1 December 2021, Department of Communities (Communities) is impacted by this policy.
In line with the Directions made by the Chief Health Officer (CHO) under the Public Health Act 2016 (WA), to be eligible for appointment to a position within Communities, applicants must provide evidence that they are fully vaccinated (unless a valid medical exemption is granted by the CHO). Fully vaccinated applicants are also required to receive a third dose by 5 February 2022 or within one month of becoming eligible for the third dose.
You may be requested to confirm your vaccination or valid exemption status at any point in this recruitment process.
The Opportunity
The Regulation and Quality Directorate administers the Department’s Regulatory functions, under legislation or policy.
The Executive Assistant provides high-level confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Director Regulation and Quality, and supports the successful operation of the Directorate by assisting with projects, undertaking research, coordinating administrative functions, and drafting reports.
