The Role

You will develop and implement communication and community engagement programs for the (PTA) infrastructure projects. In coordination with the Project Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing materials to communicate the project's impacts and importance to internal and external stakeholders, along with managing issues and complaints.

You will have previous involvement in public relations/ communications/engagement with expertise in delivering project communications for infrastructure projects.  You will also have experience in developing and engagement plan and activities.  Additionally, you will have familiarity in responding to community complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you will be a self-driven and proactive individual.

This is a fixed term appointment up to 30 June 2024 with possible extensions.
