Shop Supervisor

Salary: SUPVR, DCAGA, $54,195.95 per annum pro rata

We currently have one (1) Part Time Permanent vacancy for immediate filling.

About the role

This role is responsible for daily retail operations including cash reconciliation, rostering, invoicing and overall planning of the daily workload. Staff in this position will oversee the retail shop, supervise the sales team, and focus on sales growth, improving customer service, maintaining shop presentation, developing teamwork and improving shop profitability.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who loves working in a positive team environment, enjoys a challenge and wants to make a difference. Also with substantial experience in many facets of Retail Operations including:

  • Excellent customer service and presentation
  • Staff Management both internal and contract staff
  • Cash control and POS software including EFTPOS and Stock Management
  • Ability to manage the ebbs and flows of a retail environment including base retail stock and seasonal items
  • Good team skills in a large organisation
