The role: We are seeking to appoint motivated and suitably experienced candidates to the position of Change Analyst. As a member of the Transformation and Strategy business unit, the Change Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of change management strategies and plans for transformational program and projects. The successful candidates will have excellent analysis and communications skills which will enable them to conduct discovery activities and feed with insights to the Change Manager for consideration. The Change Analyst supports the Change Manager in delivering the change strategy and plans, which may include impact analysis, communications, training, coaching, resistance management, stakeholder analysis, business readiness and adoption. 

In addition, the successful applicants will be highly organised and driven, working closely with the Change Manager in managing change and engagement related activities on individual projects.
