ICT Service Delivery Manager

Why we need you
This critical role in our Information and Communications Technology Team based in East Perth will see you manage a skilled team in the service delivery of ICT across Main Roads business. Your experience and expertise will see you manage the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies and procedures and governance frameworks for the organisation, as well as manage the ICT Services Contract and provide expert advice and solutions in relation to ICT services.
To be successful you will:
- Be proactive, solutions focused and have strong problem solving capability
- Be able to demonstrate experience in managing ICT service in a large, complex and multi-disciplinary organisation
- Have well developed project and contract management experience
- Have experience managing resources, including staff
- Be able to build relationships and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
