Job Description

  • Responsible for Scratch’n’Win product planning and development to support the delivery of new and existing products within the agreed launch schedule
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team as well as other teams in Lotteries to ensure Scratch’n’Win product launch activities align with operational activities
  • Undertakes research, analysis and reporting activities as required
  • Contributes to the management of all relevant contractual, legislative, legal and risk requirements associated with the Scratch’n’Win and other Lotto products as required
  • Develops and manages relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders including agencies and suppliers
  • Contributes to the budget planning, expenditure monitoring and reporting to ensure effective implementation and ongoing management of our product portfolio
  • Undertakes other duties as required


Mandatory/Special Role Requirements

  • Police Clearance



Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience in developing, managing and executing multiple product initiatives and delivering results within budget and timeframe
  2. Demonstrated capabilities in identifying, analysing, reporting and providing recommendations on business improvement opportunities
  3. Demonstrated ability to interpret, review and develop the legislative, legal and risk documentation associated with product initiatives
  4. Demonstrated ability to work within allocated budgets, expenditure monitoring and reporting
  5. Well-developed relationship building and communication skills with the ability to confidently present messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner
