About the role
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Magistrate and ensure that court protocols and procedures are followed. You must possess skills in communication, be customer focused and be able to work effectively in a small team environment.
The Clerk of the Court provides effective management of the non-judicial functions of the Court at Carnarvon and presides over a range of judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings. The position also provides support to the judiciary in the management of court sittings. The position holder may be required to work at any court within the region.
