What is the Aboriginal Employment Program (AEP) about?
The AEP is a 12 month program which provides Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people employment and career development opportunities. The program commences in February 2020.

The Position
In this role you will be managing business projects that are IT enabled including resultant changes to people and business processes. You will contribute to and coordinate the development and implementation of project related frameworks, policies and standards as well as the wider strategic and operational planning of the Business Engagement Branch.
Drawing on your experience in leading and managing projects, you are responsible for managing the development of high quality project implementation plans, reports and transition plans to ensure the effective delivery of project outputs to the business.
You will possess strong communication skills in order to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the planning and delivery of quality projects.

To be shortlisted for interview you will need to submit a Resume and a 2 page cover letter demonstrating how your skills and experience meet the following role requirements:
- Possession of an appropriate Project Management qualification (Foundation level MSP, PRINCE2 or PMP, RegPM);
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading and managing projects, including the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams to deliver outputs and outcomes within defined timeframes and budget; and
- Presents messages confidently and selects the appropriate medium for conveying information to the audience’s level of knowledge, skill and experience.
