Marketing Coordinator

Conditions This is a full time, fixed term vacancy, until 11 March 2020, with a possibility of extension and/or permanency. There will also be a Pool running for a period of 12 months from the initial appointment. Applicants deemed suitable will be placed into a pool where appointments may be considered for similar vacancies for full-time, part-time, casual, fixed term or permanency.
Location This position is located in central Perth, based at Gordon Stephenson House, One40 William Street. You will be ideally located above the under-ground rail link and within easy walking distance of the bustling café, tourist and shopping districts.
Job Description As the Marketing Coordinator you will be required to coordinate the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and activities across all sites and assist with marketing projects as required.
Specific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- In conjunction with the Manager, co-ordinate the WA Museum’s marketing and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and deliver key marketing campaigns and other projects.
- Assist the Manager with budgeting and financial administration for the marketing department.
- Prepare and develop the production and implementation of marketing activities and associated promotional materials.
- Research and prepare marketing and visitation related reports.
- Develop post campaign reporting to measure campaign results against key performance indicators.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are met on time within budget.
