HR Business Partner
About the Role
The Human Resources Directorate is focussed on building strong partnerships across the agency. As a key focus of the Directorate, the HR Business Partner will be required to form strong, collaborative working relationships across the business and help in the investigation and implementation of HR solutions to meet business objectives, in both day to day operations and long term planning.
This challenging and rewarding role will see you provide specialist advice across a broad range of areas, including but not limited to workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning and change management.
About You
Your leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships are critical to your success in this role. To be suitable, you will have experience in a similar role in a large infrastructure delivery organisation. You will have experience in the application of contemporary human resource management and change management practices and demonstrate strong research, analysis and problem solving skills.
