Join a forward-thinking digital team and play a key role in shaping accessible, data-driven and user-centred online experiences across North Metropolitan TAFE. We currently have 1.6 FTE available on a permanent basis, consisting of one full-time and one part-time opportunity.

About You

Join North Metropolitan TAFE's Marketing and Communications team and play a key role in shaping the digital experience of current and future students. As a Web Content & UX Coordinator, you will develop, manage and optimise NMTAFE's websites and digital platforms, using web content management, user experience (UX) principles, SEO, analytics and customer insights to deliver accessible, engaging and user-centred digital experiences.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to improve customer journeys, enhance online engagement and support organisational outcomes. We are looking for a digitally savvy and customer-focused professional who enjoys translating business needs into effective digital solutions, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and creating intuitive online experiences that make it easier for users to find information and engage with our services.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

  • Possess current and valid Australian working rights (e.g. Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an appropriate working visa). Please note, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Hold, or have the ability to obtain:
    • Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
