About the role
The Timetable Administration Officer works collaboratively with the Coordinator Timetabling, Team Leader CMT & Manager Student Systems and Support to ensure timely and accurate timetable scheduling across all College campuses. 

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in timetabling systems, student management systems and databases, with high level analytical and problem-solving skills.

Employment is subject to:

  • A satisfactory Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
  • A valid Working with Children (WWC) Card, where applicable

  • A valid working visa (for fixed-term roles), or
  • Permanent residency (for permanent roles)
