Position Profile: Provides multi-disciplinary team leadership, operational line management and clinical service implementation, control and monitoring of a community mental health team within an integrated regional health service, compliant with National Standards and legislative requirements. Contributes to the planning and development of the Regional Mental Health Service.
This is a Permanent Full Time appointment at 76 hours per fortnight.

- Extensive Mental Health experience and understanding of legislative, standard and policy relating to Mental Health
- Excellent communication skills including experience with difficult conversations and supervision of clinicians
- Ability to provide leadership at times of heightened service needs
- Understanding of human resource management
