As a Team Leader Assessments you will:

Lead a team of authorised officers completing quality assessment, compliance monitoring, and delivering regulatory support to education and care services. You will drive consistent, high-quality outcomes, ensuring services meet legislative and policy requirements while fostering continuous improvement across the sector.

The Team Leader provides leadership and contributes to Divisional decision making.

Able to deal with and manage exposure to and discussions related to highly sensitive information. Ability to manage and implement change across systems and processes.
• Organisational Requirement: Successful applicant’s will have a good understanding of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
