As a Team Leader Assessments you will:
Lead a team of authorised officers completing quality assessment, compliance monitoring, and delivering regulatory support to education and care services. You will drive consistent, high-quality outcomes, ensuring services meet legislative and policy requirements while fostering continuous improvement across the sector.
The Team Leader provides leadership and contributes to Divisional decision making.

- Personal Attribute: The ability to lead others - This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise staff and coordinate a team. Able to deal with and manage exposure to and discussions related to highly sensitive information. Ability to manage and implement change across systems and processes.
- Organisational Requirement: Successful applicant’s will have a good understanding of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
The Suitability Requirements may be assessed at any stage of the recruitment process, which may include interview, referee reports and/or other assessment methods.
