We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

We are ideally seeking innovative and resourceful teachers who are committed to working with phase of learning teams to deliver low variability in teaching and learning. Suitable applicants would be committed to our whole school collaborative approach with a demonstrated history of working well in a team environment.

Suitable applicants should have outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to build highly effective working relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.  You will ideally display excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess a high level of emotional intelligence.

It is highly desirable for applicants to have experience in a wide range of pedagogical strategies as outlined in the Teaching for Impact document and an understanding of synthetic phonics instruction. We are seeking applicants who use data to inform teaching and learning programs to differentiate instruction and target student improvement at point of need.

The positive learning environment applicants create should be engaging, challenging, caring and cater for a range of needs which promote student progress and achievement. You should utilise effective behaviour management strategies to establish and maintain an organised, orderly, and learning-focused classroom. Experience working with EAL/D students is desirable.

Suitable applicants will ideally be committed to their own professional learning to ensure they maintain and build on contemporary, evidence-based approaches. This may include reflective teaching practices through active participation in a culture of professional growth including coaching, classroom observation and feedback. Additionally, applicants with capacity to provide educational leadership in the school through participative decision making and a commitment to self-development to improve professional practice, will be highly regarded.
