We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Suitable applicants should display the capacity to work within a collaborative professional learning community. Suitable applicants will also ideally possess a strong instructional skill set and an understanding of effective lesson design consistent with the Department of Education’s Teaching for Impact approach. Through checks for understanding, feedback and reflection, they will help students understand what they are learning, how successfully they are learning and what they need to do next.

They should also understand the complementary purposes of formative and summative assessment, using assessment evidence to monitor progress, adapt instruction and make informed judgements about student achievement.
