About Tourism WA

Tourism WA is responsible for promoting Western Australia as a holiday destination. Its focus is on marketing the State; developing, attracting and promoting major sporting, cultural and business events; and supporting the development of significant tourism infrastructure and projects.

About the role

We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to join our Tourism WA Events team as a Sponsorship Executive.

In this role, you will support and assist with the administration and management of low to mid-tier event sponsorship agreements, ensuring contractual obligations are met and events are delivered successfully. Working closely with internal teams, event organisers and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in coordinating activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Sponsorship Management team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative and contract management skills, along with experience supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of public events. Sound communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeeding in this role.
