About The Role:
As a Senior Tenancy Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families to sustain their tenancies, strengthen their independence, and build connections with community and support services. You will provide complex case management, coordinate tailored support responses, and work collaboratively with tenants, service providers and stakeholders to address issues affecting tenancy stability.
Location:
We welcome applications from candidates interested in working in either the Pilbara or Perth metropolitan region. The position will require regular travel within the Pilbara and North Metropolitan areas to support program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

About You:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional with experience in housing, tenancy support, case management, community services, or a related human services environment.
You will bring:
- Experience supporting individuals and families experiencing complex needs.
- Strong case management, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring or supporting staff in a service delivery environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to culturally responsive and person-centred practice, particularly when working with Aboriginal people and communities.
- The ability to analyse information, identify emerging issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Strong digital capability and experience maintaining accurate records and case information.
