The Role
The Senior Communications and Systems Officer provides effective leadership and co-ordination of all communication and marketing activities for Migration Services, including planning, implementing and optimising communication channels, data-driven marketing programs to build brand awareness and drive website traffic. This role also develops and maintains overarching operational processes and strategies for Migration Services.
The Senior Communications and Systems Officer also provides effective leadership and co-ordination of the management of Migration Services business systems (including the Migration WA Portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database) including efficiently collecting and maintaining service delivery data and outcomes, identifying trends and making recommendations for system and business process improvements that support all the initiatives delivered by Migration Services and maximise outcomes.
To be successful in this role you must have demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating communication and digital marketing strategies and activities.
