About the role
Are you a proactive risk and governance professional who thrives on driving operational resilience and continuous improvement? We are seeking an experienced Risk, Audit & Business Continuity Coordinator to lead and coordinate critical risk, audit, business continuity, disaster recovery and document control activities across a complex technology and operational environment. In this influential role, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to strengthen governance frameworks, maintain controlled documentation, facilitate audits and risk workshops, and ensure business continuity plans and disaster recovery exercises support organisational readiness in an evolving cyber risk landscape.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in risk management, audit coordination and business continuity planning, coupled with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be confident preparing reports, managing risk registers, coordinating treatment action plans, developing policies and procedures, and driving compliance outcomes. Your ability to build trusted relationships, deliver customer-focused solutions and influence positive change will be key to your success.
To excel in this role, you will have a relevant qualification in business, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience. You will also possess strong experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDRMS) and the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced reporting capabilities using tools such as Excel and Adobe Acrobat. To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Substantial demonstrated experience in risk, audit and business continuity management.
- Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification or relevant experience in business or technology management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the provision of a customer focussed service.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse problems and formulate solutions

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
