What is the Role?
The Records and Information Management Coordinator is a full-time permanent position that plays a key role in ensuring the Economic Regulation Authority’s records and information management practices support compliance, accountability and effective organisational governance. This position is responsible for coordinating records and information management services, administering the Content Manager (TRIM) system, coordinating Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, and providing specialist advice, training and support to staff on recordkeeping and information governance requirements.
Working across the organisation, the role drives continuous improvement in records management processes, systems and governance arrangements to ensure compliance with legislative obligations and best-practice information management standards. The position contributes to effective information management by supporting staff, enhancing systems and processes, and promoting a culture of sound recordkeeping practices.
To be successful in this role, you will bring substantial experience in records and information management, including the application of recordkeeping legislation, governance frameworks and Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS), preferably Content Manager (TRIM). You will be an organised and collaborative professional with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of managing competing priorities and fostering positive information management practices across the organisation.
