About The Role:

As the Program Team Leader, you will provide leadership, management and operational oversight of the Tenancy Support Pilot, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive and tenant-centred services. Working closely with the Practice Manager and broader program leadership team, you will drive service excellence, workforce capability and continuous improvement across the program.

About You:

We are looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused leader with experience in human services, housing, community services or a related field.

You will bring:

  • Experience leading teams and managing service delivery in a complex environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to analyse information, identify emerging issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Experience monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to culturally responsive, person-centred practice.
  • Strong digital literacy and experience using information systems and data to inform outcomes.
