This is for Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time or Fixed Term Full-Time / Part-Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Job Share arrangements may be considered. There are up to three opportunities initially available.

What is our Program Director Transformation  role?

This is a pivotal leadership role, driving reform and transformation programs that support North Metropolitan Health Service's strategic priorities and vision for the future. You will play a critical role in enabling sustainable change, strengthening organisational capability, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across the health service. 

The Program Director Transformation role works in partnership with executive leaders, clinical teams and key stakeholders to deliver complex transformation programs that improve service delivery, strengthen organisational capability and deliver meaningful benefits for patients, staff and the community.

The role provides leadership, direction and expert advice on transformation and change management, ensuring initiatives are effectively planned, implemented and embedded to achieve sustainable outcomes. You will influence strategic decision-making and support staff to navigate complex change environments.

The position will be responsible for leading high-performing project teams, developing trusted stakeholder relationships and shaping a future-focused health service that delivers excellent, compassionate and sustainable care for the community.

• Effective communication skills and experience influencing and engaging stakeholders
• Highly developed problem-solving skills with a proven ability to provide innovative solutions to complex issues.
• A strong track record in leading and empowering teams to meet business objectives
