- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar drafting software) and experience using event management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing production budgets, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering events on time and within budget.
- Excellent project management, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into effective technical production solutions.
- Experience coordinating and managing contractors, suppliers and other third-party service providers.
- Outstanding customer service, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across a range of clients and teams.
- A commitment to working collaboratively and contributing to the Department's mission, vision and values.
