We are seeking a Portfolio Manager Health, Education and Community Services.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of Health Education and Community Services training across North Regional TAFE. As Portfolio Manager, you will influence the development of a skilled workforce that supports the health and wellbeing of communities throughout regional and remote Western Australia.

Working closely with industry, government and community stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership of a diverse training portfolio, ensuring programs are innovative, industry-relevant and responsive to emerging workforce needs. You will lead and support high-performing teams, foster a culture of excellence, and drive strong outcomes for students, employers and the communities we serve.

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference by strengthening pathways to employment, supporting critical workforce development initiatives, and helping to address skills shortages across the health and community services sectors. Through your leadership, you will contribute to building the capability, resilience and prosperity of regional and remote communities.

If you have expertise in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, workforce development and managing educational or training operations, we want to hear from you. Experience in a management role within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector is highly desirable. Knowledge of the health care and/or community services sectors, including an understanding of workforce needs and industry trends, will be highly regarded.
