About The Role:

As an Operational Improvement Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • contributing to the design, development and implementation of Directorate operational frameworks, strategic initiatives and projects,
  • identifying and enabling quality practice and continuous improvement opportunities in the delivery of services,
  • providing advice and assistance in relation to operational policies, practice matters and complex client management issues,
  • analysing existing and considering proposed business processes and identifies systems requirements to ensure successful and efficient implementation of improvement or change.
