The Role
The Manager Executive Services provides leadership to the Executive Services team and maintains a direct and effective working relationship between the Department, the TAFE colleges, the Construction Training Fund (CTF) and ministerial offices to ensure that ministerial requests are serviced in an efficient, timely and consistent manner.
The position oversees the end-to-end management of ministerial requests and responses and facilitates effective and responsive communication, coordination and liaison across the Department, TAFE colleges and CTF to support the provision of accurate and timely information. The position regularly engages with key ministerial office staff and Department, TAFE college and CTF senior executives and business units.
