The Role
Applications are invited for the position of Investments Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Insurance Commission’s Investments Division and contribute to the management of a significant investment portfolio. The role plays an important part in investment operations, reporting, analysis, and governance, ensuring high-quality information and insights are available to support decision making and strong investment outcomes.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help drive continuous improvement, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the Commission’s long-term financial sustainability.
The Person
You bring strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into meaningful insights and recommendations. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
You will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement. Your ability to build positive stakeholder relationships, apply sound judgement, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment will see you thrive in this role.

The Insurance Commission is a State owned Government Trading Enterprise that provides motor injury insurance to 2.7 million Western Australian motorists and manages the self-insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government.

Appointment Information
