About You

Are you passionate about supporting students from diverse cultural backgrounds to achieve their educational goals? As an International Officer, you will play a key role in supporting international students throughout their study journey at North Metropolitan TAFE, providing advice, orientation, pastoral care and ongoing assistance to help them succeed. Working closely with students, internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will coordinate student support activities, monitor student progress and wellbeing, assist with compliance requirements and contribute to the efficient operation of the International Support Centre.

We are looking for a customer-focused and culturally aware professional with excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering positive outcomes for students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

  • Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
  • Working With Children (WWC) Card
