Join our Facilities team in this permanent part-time (0.40 FTE) opportunity based at our Leederville Campus, where you will help maintain safe, functional and welcoming facilities that support our students, staff and community.

About You
You are a hands-on and proactive facilities professional with experience in building maintenance or a relevant trade. You enjoy problem-solving, take pride in maintaining safe and functional facilities, and can work independently while managing a variety of operational tasks. 

In this role, you will monitor campus buildings and grounds, coordinate contractor activities, undertake minor repairs and improvements, support campus events, and help ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard. Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to build positive working relationships with contractors and stakeholders are essential.

A current C Class Driver's Licence is required. Experience in building maintenance or a relevant trade qualification is highly regarded, and a forklift licence is desirable.

You’ll have free parking at the Leederville campus, and there is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
