The Role

The successful applicant will administer college databases, records, and information management systems whilst managing student transfer processes and maintaining student records to a high-level of accuracy. The successful applicant will produce statistical, academic, and inter-departmental reports and general correspondence whilst developing and maintaining professional business relationships between agents, members of the college community, students and the college.

The successful applicant will implement the Department’s enrolment policy and provide input into the development and implementation of college enrolment procedures whilst assisting staff operating and utilising student databases and systems whilst liaising and negotiating with students in relation to their enquiries, applications, courses of study requests, enrolment procedures, initial fees and visa issues. You will process local student enrolment applications whilst managing student timetabling, class set up and adjustments as required, under the direction of the associate principal.

The successful applicant will assist with the induction and training of front office college support staff, including the development and delivery of programs and materials whilst undertaking student-related activities such as providing information and advice, collecting documentation for enrolment of new students and liaising with bus companies concerning routes. The successful applicant will manage incoming telephone calls, visitor enquiries, diary appointments, meetings, emails and other communications. The successful applicant will provide administrative support for ad hoc special projects and support across college teams as business needs arise.
