We are seeking a Director Training Services Strategic Projects to be located at our Broome or Karratha campuses

The Director Training Services Strategic Projects provides leadership and oversight of strategic initiatives within the Training Services division at NR TAFE, as endorsed by the Corporate Executive. The role is responsible for directing and delivering projects of strategic significance that support organisational priorities, drive service excellence, and strengthen operational performance.

Working across the College, the position identifies and progresses opportunities for innovation, improvement and growth, while addressing complex organisational challenges. Through effective project leadership, stakeholder engagement and change management, the role contributes to enhanced outcomes for students, industry partners and clients, and promotes more efficient and effective business processes for staff.

We are looking for people who have  demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex strategic projects and organisational improvement initiatives within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, along with highly developed stakeholder engagement, influence and change management skills, and highly developed report writing, data analysis and communication skills.
