About the Opportunity:
This is a permanent position working 76 hours per fortnight, predominantly based in Armadale. As this is leadership position, there will be no routine working from home.

The successful applicant will form a key part of the Armadale Kalamunda Group and Mental Health Directorate executives to drive financial accountability and sustainability, and report directly to the Chief Finance Officer
The successful applicant can look forward to being supported by the Executive Director Armadale Kalamunda Group and Executive Director Mental Health Directorate gaining exposure across all our sites.
The Director Business Partnering works in partnership with three Executive Directors to provide effective leadership, governance, strategic planning, financial and business management of the Armadale Kalamunda Group (AKG) and Mental Health Directorate (MHD). Additionally, this role actively participates as a key member of the AKG and MHD Executive Teams to formulate and implement corporate, financial and business management strategies and systems to support the achievement of AKG and MHD business and performance objectives and priorities.

Area Profile: The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) comprises an extensive hospital and health service network that aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of more than 828,000 Western Australians in its catchment area.
Our hospital network works together to provide a combination of tertiary, secondary and specialist health care services including emergency and critical care, state trauma, elective and emergency surgery, general medical, mental health, inpatient and outpatient services, aged care, palliative care, rehabilitation and women’s, children’s and neonates services.
