About The Roles:
Customer Service Officer – Level 2
Provides advice and assistance to customers on all aspects of services and products available from Housing Service Delivery.
Business Support Officer – Level 3
Provides effective and efficient business and administrative support to the Service Delivery Regional management and assists with the performance of the service delivery functions of the regions.
Property Services Officer – Level 3
This position is responsible for managing, controlling and monitoring the property maintenance functions for a designated number of properties within the Housing Management Services area as part of a team, ensuring compliance, accountability and quality control is maintained.
Housing Services Officer – Level 3
The position is responsible for the provision of property and tenancy management services associated with the agency’s owned and leased properties. The position ensures ongoing consultation and communication with a diverse group of stakeholders, including tenant’s real estate agents, contractors, government agencies, local authorities and departmental staff, to ensure that a customer focussed service is delivered.
Regional Recovery Officer – Level 4
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all debt recovery for tenants in occupation within the region. Further to this, the position is expected to negotiate outcomes that save tenancies that are at the highest risk of eviction where the Department has the opportunity to proceed with eviction.
The location of all roles are Kalgoorlie. The Business Support Officer also has the option to be located in Esperance.
