We understand that to make change you must think differently and work differently…

The Public Sector Commission is on a mission to create an innovative and future fit public sector for all Western Australians.

The Agency Capability and Improvement Division is working to drive high performance and lift agency capability so the WA public sector is well positioned to meet government and community needs now and into the future.

The team contributes to the operation of the Agency Capability Review Program and other sector-wide improvement initiatives.

Our team now needs someone who likes being challenged, takes initiative and is passionate about driving improvement across the public sector.

The Consultant Capability and Improvement contributes to coordinating and managing the Agency Capability Review Program so it is relevant, contemporary and fit for purpose. You'll help identify improvement opportunities for the sector, contribute to the evaluation of the program and support review teams by administering data collection tools for agency reviews.

We are looking for people who like being challenged, take initiative, are passionate about driving improvement, and have experience in consultation, research, data analysis and/or program management.

We value diversity and understand diverse workplaces are more effective and innovative. So no matter your background, including people with disability and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, we encourage you to apply.

You can request flexible work and leave arrangements, and there are additional employment benefits to help you balance work and other commitments.
