This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment contracted to work 76 hours per fortnight.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Position Profile: As part of the Community Pharmacotherapy Program Team, you will provide clinical and professional expertise to Community Prescribers and service providers to support them in their provision of Opiate Antagonist Treatment.  Provide comprehensive evidence-based nursing care through a telehealth model. Facilitate and promote consumer safety and quality of care. The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
