This is an appointment Permanent Full Time or Permanent Part Time appointment up to 76 hours per fortnight

We currently have up to 4.0 FTE available.

• Position Profile:  
  Practises in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) professional standards and provides comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care within an integrated Ambulatory Care service.
• The service delivers acute care substitution and post-discharge support to children and families in the home environment, enabling medically stable patients requiring ongoing clinical intervention, monitoring and
  education to be safely managed outside of the inpatient setting through a combination of in-person and virtual models of care.
• The Clinical Nurse is responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care, working both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to
  ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• The position supports a 7-day service and includes participation in on-call and after-hours rosters. Due to the community-based nature of the role, travel between patient homes and clinical sites is required and a current
  valid driver’s licence is essential.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for other ‘similar’ vacancies within CAHS and/or the wider WA public sector.
