About You
As a Client Engagement Officer (Career Guidance), you will play a key role in supporting students, jobseekers, career changers and community members to identify and achieve their career goals. You will provide high-quality career, training and employment guidance, assist clients to explore education and workforce pathways, and connect them with relevant opportunities and services. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for helping people achieve positive outcomes. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and bring an understanding of training, education and labour market opportunities to support informed career decision-making.
There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

- Have relevant skills and experience to meet the selection criteria and role requirements as outlined in the attached JDF.
Eligibility Requirements and Other Conditions
To be considered eligible for employment, you will:
- Possess current and valid Australian working rights (e.g. Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an appropriate working visa). Please note, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Hold, or have the ability to obtain:
- Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Working With Children (WWC) Card
