About the Opportunity

This is a vacancy for 2 FTE Fixed Term Full Time appointments, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

The Business and Finance Officeer provides key business and finance activities for the organisation to ensure efficient and effective business processes. Assists with organisation wide business and finance activities for a coordinated Hospital Group approach. Provides analytical information of performance against business metrics; assisting Divisional Business Teams; and providing organisational perspective. Assists the RPBG Business Unit central team in corporate governance and operational aspects, and in collaboration with the other members of the Service Executive fosters a learning environment through which the vision and strategic objectives of the Service and Royal Perth Bentley Group are met.

Area Profile: Bentley Health Service (BHS) is a fully accredited public hospital located 10km from the Perth CBD and forms part of the Royal Perth Bentley Mount  Lawley Group. BHS provides quality healthcare to the community, specialising in the delivery of rehabilitation, community child and adolescent health, mental health care and aged care services. The range of services includes specialist outpatient services, Allied Health, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology and Urology. 

Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) is Western Australia's longest-serving hospital and renowned for contributing to innovation and excellence in medical research and patient care. It is a 450-bed hospital, with an extensive range of services including Adult major trauma, complex and elective surgical care, highly specialised surgical services, tertiary mental health and specialist medical services.
