The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the positive and dynamic leadership team at Mount Pleasant PS. We are seeking a capable, experienced, and proactive Manager Corporate Services (MCS) to lead corporate operations within our friendly, fast-paced school environment.

As MCS, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management of the school’s business operations, including strategic financial planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and compliance with school and Department of Education policies and procedures.

The successful applicant would provide leadership to support staff and oversee human resource management, administrative systems and processes across the school. You should be organised, resourceful, and solutions-focused, with the ability to prioritise confidently in a busy environment.

A positive “can-do” attitude, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement are highly valued. Experience in asset management, maintenance planning, business operations, and school digital systems, particularly Compass, will be highly regarded.

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, suitable applicants should build positive relationships with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work collaboratively with the Principal, leadership team, and Admin Team to support the ongoing success of the school.

We are seeking an experienced MCS who brings initiative, professionalism, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to supporting a thriving school community.
