The Role
Fremantle College is seeking a passionate and engaging Drama Teacher to join our vibrant Arts Team. The position ideally requires a driven teacher who can refine and build upon our current programs, implementing the new School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) Drama curriculum. Ideally continued investment into running College Productions is a requirement of the position.
The College strongly values Art as an option for students, offering Drama, 2D Visual Art, 3D Visual Art, Media, Photography, Film Appreciation, and Specialist Contemporary Music. We are seeking a teacher who can be artistic and drive our vision of supporting students’ love of the Arts.
The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to display evidence of fostering positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including students, parents/carers, staff and community members. Collaboration across the Arts and Technologies team is a highly regarded in this role, so the ability to work positively with others is desirable.
