We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

A key focus of the role is coaching and supporting staff through feedback, professional learning and collaborative practice to improve student outcomes.

Highly developed data literacy is important. Suitable applicants should be able to analyse and interpret a range of student and school performance data, identify trends, monitor progress and evaluate the impact of teaching and learning programs. They will work alongside staff to use evidence to inform decision-making, strategic planning and targeted improvement initiatives aligned with Department of Education priorities and Public School Review processes.

Suitable applicants should also display strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative leadership style and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, families and the wider community. As a member of the leadership team, they should contribute to both the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the school.
