Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Workforce Establishment
Data Consultant.
This is a
recruitment pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointments with the
possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
As a member of
Employee Services, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a highly
responsive, customer-focused service by understanding
customer needs, offering advice and guidance, and resolving
queries.
- Processing customer
requests to create and update establishment and employee
data in line with HSS guidelines to maintain data
integrity.
- Ensuring workforce
data accurately reflects current workforce and
establishment structures.
- Collaborating with
project and cross-functional teams to maintain clean,
accurate data that supports future
transformations.
- Developing and
managing client relationships, including resolving issues
and providing advice and guidance on establishment
matters.
